Boxer Aram Avagyan is in the quarter-finals of the European Olympic Qualifier

In the quarter-finals of the AOB European Olympic Qualifier Armenia’s representative at 56kg Aram Avagyan defeated Germany’s El-Hag Omar and qualified for the quarter-finals.

Armenian boxing team another member Nikol Arutyunov (81kg) lost to Slovakia’s Matus Srtinsko in the first bout. Arman Hovikyan (75kg) was defeated, too. In the quarter-finals the Armenian boxer conceded to Hungary’s Zlotan Harchsa.

Vladimir Margaryan (69kg) wins too.
