Boxer Artur Hovhannisyan conquered an Olympic qualification in Turkey

At the AOB European Olympic qualifier being held in Turkey Artur Hovhannisyan (49kg) won Italy’s Manuel Capa and qualified for the finals at the same time securing the first Olympic qualification of the Armenian boxing team.

On April 15 Narek Abgaryan (52kg), Aram Avagyan (56kg), Hovhannes Bachkov (64kg) and Vladimir Margaryan (69kg) will compete, too.
