European Qualifier: Boxers Hovhannes Bachkov and Artur Hovhannisyan celebrated victories

At the AOB European Olympic Qualifier underway in Samsun, Armenia’s Artur Hovhannisyan (49kg) and Hovhannes Bachkov (64kg) have qualified for the quarter-finals.

Hovhannisyan has won Bulgaria’s Tinko Banabakov and Bachkov has defeated Viccenco Arecca of Italy.

The quarter-finals’ bouts will take place on April 13.

Narek Abgaryan (52kg) have qualified for the quarter-finals to.

Anush Grigoryan has already qualified for the quarter-finals.
