Armenia's chess team front runner Levon Aronyan won a long lasting match in another round of the Chess Candidates tournament.
In round 6 Aronyan competed with US representative Hikaru Nakamura. This became the longest game of the round where the Armenian grand master won playing white. Now Aronyan is one of the front runners of the tournament with 4 points. Sergei Karjakin has the same number of units.
March 18 will be a rest day in the tournament.
In round 7 Aronyan's opponent will be Sergei Karjakin.
