The national boxing team of Armenia has started the year with a training camp in Abovyan town.

“The boxers are preparing for two international tournaments. 6 boxers will leave for Minsk and 8 boxers for Sofia. In February we’ll have another training camp, this time in Yerevan. Basing on the results of these two tournaments we will decide who will leave for Istanbul to the Olympic qualifier”, the head coach of the Armenian boxing team, Karen Aghamalyan said in a conversation with the ANOC’s press office.
The training camp has kicked off on January 18 and will end on January 31.
