The Armenian's representative Levon Aronyan took the 11th place at World Chess Blitz Championship. After round 11 Aronyan got 13,5 points. The best in Blitz Chess became the Russian Aleksandr Grishchuk (15,5 points). Maksim Lagrav and Vladimir Kramnik got 15 each one and took the 3rd place. The other Armenian representatives also participated at World Blitz Championship. Tigran Petrosyan was the 27th and Hrant Melkumpyan the 31th, Sergey Movsisyan was on the 46th place.
