Armenia’s boxing team member, Hovhannes Bachkov (64kg) has started with a victory the Rio Olympics Qualifying tournament for professional boxers.
The Armenian boxer’s opponent was Ireland’s Peter Raymond Moilete whom Bachkov defeated 3:0.
Let us recall that the International Boxing Federation (AIBA) has given a chance to professional boxers to participate in the Rio Olympic Games. The Qualifying tournament is being held in Caracas.
The tournament has kicked off on July 3 and will end on July 8.
