Levon Aronian to participate in Grand Chess Tour

The front runner of the Armenian men’s chess team, Levon Aronian, will participate in a chess tournament in Paris.

The 2016 Grand Chess Tour is kicking off in Paris. The tournament participants are Levon Aronian, Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana, Vladimir Kramnik, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Hikaru Nakamura, Anish Giri, Wesley So,  Veselin Topalov and Laurent Fressinet.

The tournament consists of blitz and rapid events. The rapid event will be held on June 9 and 10 and the blitz event – on June 11 and 12.
