The 7th round games were held at the European Individual Women’s Chess Championship.
Armenia’s Lilit Mkrtchyan and Maria Kursova ended the games in a tie. Armenia’s ruling champion Maria Gevorgyan won for the third time in a row this time prevailing over Georgian Sofio Gvetadze. Lilit Galoyan won Romania’s Mihael Sandru with white pieces.
Lilit Mkrtchyan has 5 points and is half a point behind the leader.
