Armenian boxing youth team launched at the international youth boxing tournament “Nikolay Pavlyukov Memorial”.

6 boxers measured their strengths: Vahe Badalyan (56kg) gained advantage over a Cuban boxer in the 1/8 finals. Gurgen Madoyan (69kg) won a Russian athlete and Van Melkumyan (75kg) beat Georgia’s representative.
The following representatives of Armenia lost their bouts: Samvel Soghoyan (56kg), Arman Antonyan (60kg) and Koryun Astoyan (64kg).
On March 13 Mnatcakan Harutyunyan (52kg) and super heavy weight Gurgen Hovhannisyan will come out.
