Armenia Greco-Roman wrestling team members launched at the European Championship.

Mihran Harutyunyan (66kg) unpleasantly surprised his fans. In the qualification round he won 6:4 Poland’s Gregor Vinke, but lost in the 1/8 finals to Latvia’s Nikita Mazhuks (2(cat)) and dropped out of the competition.
Edgar Khachatryan (130kg) blew away the Austrian opponent (9:0) in the qualification round but, unfortunately, in the 1/8 finals the Armenian wrestler was defeated by Germany’s Eduard Pope by fall and left the contest.
