The Swimming Armenian Federation Cup came to an end at the swimming-pool after Davit Hambardzumyan.

The Cup winners became Vladimir Mamikonyan and Monika Vasilyan. The second place took Ani Poghosyan and Aram Kostanyan, the third place holders became Artur Antonyan and Varsenik Manucharyan.

“The Swimming Armenian Federation Cup is attended by the best athletes of Armenia. This is the last competition of the year. I am content with the results. We had expectations from Vahan Mkhitaryan who conceded to Vladimir Mamikonyan in 100m fresstyle swimming. We hope he will soon return to his best physical state. Vahan has taken part in many championships one after another and that is the reason of today’s results. We will start the 2016 with a training camp in Tsakhkadzor which will be aimed at a general physical preparedness”, Armenia’s swimming team’s head coach, Misak Gabrielyan noted in a conversation with ANOC press department.

The Swimming Armenian Federation Cup was held on December 18-19 in Yerevan and was attended by 80 swimmers from Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor sports schools.
