Armenia’s first representative Anush Grigoryan (51 kg) had a victorious start at the AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championship being held in Ulan-Ude, Russia.

The European U22 current champion competed with American Heaven Garcia in the first bout and won 3:2.
Anahit Haroyan (54 kg) and Ani Hovsepyan (69 kg) have left for the tournament too led by coach Vahan Adilkhanyan.
The AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championship will end on October 13.
