On September 14 the World Wrestling Championship kicks off in Nur-Sultan. Today the draw of the first competition day has taken place.

Norayr Hakhoyan at 55 kg will start the struggle from the qualification round facing Japanese Shota Ogawa.
Slavik Galstyan at 63 kg will compete with Azerbaijani Elman Mukhtarov in the 1/8 finals.
Malkhas Amoyan at 72 kg will compete with Serb Aleksa Erski in the qualification round.
Maksim Manukyan at 82 kg will face Kyrgyz Kalidin Asikeyev.
In Kazakhstan Armenia will be represented by Norayr Hakhoyan (55 kg), Gevorg Gharibyan (60 kg), Slavik Galstyan (63 kg), Karen Aslanyan (67 kg), Malkhas Amoyan (72 kg), Karapet Chalyan (77 kg), Maksim Manukyan (82 kg), Artur Shahinyan (87 kg) and Artur Aleksanyan (97 kg).
