Ani Hovhannisyan, the captain of the Armenia U18 women’s basketball team, after winning the European Championship Division C told the ANOC press service:

“Our team is very good. All the girls are struggling and have will-power. This victory was expected, we all were disposed to win and our expectations lived up. The formula of the team’s success is love; we all love and trust each other.”

In Ani’s opinion this victory will help more people in Armenia to get interested in basketball.
