Zaven Igityan and Elmira Karapetyan came 8th at the mixed team 10 m air pistol at the 30th Summer Universiade underway in Naples.

18 pairs had taken part in the qualification round. Igityan/Karapetyan pair had scored 565 points and qualified for the final with the 7th position.

In the final they performed worse scoring 555 points. After all Igityan/Karapetyan pair ended up on the 8th place.
