Rio de Janeiro’s government finished the construction of the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) (both TV and radio). The IBC construction began on October 2, 2013. The building occupies 80.000m². The fans will have an opportunity to watch all the Olympics and Paralympics, the opening and closing ceremonies as well as trainings of some sport types. After the Olympics it will be transformed into a shopping center.
The XXXI Summer Olympics will be held from August 5 to 21 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 33 constructions of four regions of Rio: Copacabana, Maracana, Deodoro and Barra.
