Armenia’s basketball national team for the first time will take part in the 2016 FIBA European Championship for Small Countries. The Championship kicks off in July, 2016.

11 countries will participate in it: Armenia, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Gibraltar, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Scotland and Wales. The place and the exact list of the participants will be announced on January 22, 2016.
